Indianapolis native was a dominant player at Warren Central High School. He amassed over 4,400 yards and 55 touchdowns. His senior season of high school Bell put up these gaudy numbers…85 receptions for 1,542 yards and 22 touchdowns. Besides winning a football championship, he also led Warren to a basketball championship as well. Picked Purdue over Ohio St. and Penn St.

  1. Not the fastest of the top receivers

  2. Can work on his blocking, and technique

  3. Route running not extensive at Purdue


Bell seems to always be mentioned in the 2nd tier of receivers. The NFL has a slew of receivers to sift through as most seasons. David Bell has the potential and consistency to end up as a top receiver in this class.

Look for him to go late first to late 2nd. If he goes later than that you got yourself a steal.
