Positives

+ A top notch athlete

+ Great body control

+ good long speed

+ Physical after catch

+ Dangerous short and long

Weaknesses

  1. Not the fastest of the top receivers

  2. Can work on his blocking, and technique

  3. Route running not extensive at Purdue

Overall

Bell seems to always be mentioned in the 2nd tier of receivers. The NFL has a slew of receivers to sift through as most seasons. David Bell has the potential and consistency to end up as a top receiver in this class.

Look for him to go late first to late 2nd. If he goes later than that you got yourself a steal.
